Who We Are
Thrive Specialty Pharmacy was founded on May of 2023 by two co-workers who worked at a pharmacy together in Miami, Florida. One served as the Operations Manager and the other was part of business development. They quickly formed a friendship and had very similar ideas about pharmacy operations, more specifically, patient care and felt they could fill a void where patient care and communication has fallen short in several areas within the pharmacy industry. It was at that time they decided to open up Thrive Specialty Pharmacy.
Collectively, our founders possess over 30 years of experience in the retail and specialty pharmacy industry with an emphasis on Disease State Management and bridging the gap where sometimes patient care falls short in a traditional pharmacy setting. Learn more >>
